Argonautika was pivoted to a zoom production due to COVID. Managing 32 cast members on Zoom had its challenges, but it was a great learning opportunity. I was able to expand my knowledge in film and recording for theatre. I also worked to keep morale up throughout the process since it was difficult to cultivate a successful team without sharing a space. The cast really latched onto my daily trivia questions I added onto the call. The trivia became a daily discussion and a fun way to get the rehearsal started. This production while very unique taught me how to cultivate a space even if you are not all physically together.
